It is said that the purpose of Counting the Omer is to climb the Tree of Life, Sephira by Sephira, as well as to count up to the Day of Shavuot with anticipation.

But what does it mean to “climb the Tree of Life?” And how can we understand the Sephirot more fully, and use it in our daily life, as holy instruction, visualization and for our own creativity?

In this workshop we will explore the Tree of Life, gathering its leaves, blossoms, fruit and beginning to take root in the tradition. And using words, song, art or dance, we will each create our own Tree of Life.
